One Pan Roasted Veggies w/ Beans

Here's how to recreate this recipe:
Vegetables you can use from this week's box (8/3/21): potatoes, radishes, carrots, beets, green beans, squash, leeks
- Prep Vegetables- Toss sliced vegetables in olive oil and season however you like! Salt, pepper, dill, rosemary, garlic, parsley...the options are endless!
- Roast- Spread onto a sheet pan and roast at 400 for 20-25 minutes.
- Finish- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on the veggies.
